Are there any natural ways to help strengthen ones memory? Are there any natural options? Any certain foods, or vitamins that can help the memory get stronger? Or possibly any mind exercises that will also help with that process?
Re: Memory
you have a pm :)
Re: Memory
What's that you have mentioned in the PM?I didn't understand it.
Re: Memory
okay, its a herb and it helps with your memory function and may improve it overtime. Its VERY popular. you should try and get it in the best available form, maybe tincture. you have to add a few drops to water you drink. But I think you might even find it in other forms like tablets or something, i don't know about that. However, the best and purest form is a Tincture.
Re: Memory
Doctor recently me to take finsh oil capsules as it improves memory and helps high chelostral level problems.
Re: Memory
Gingko Biloba
Re: Memory
Seven almonds a day :D I have also heard that eating fish atleast a few times a week helps alot!
What's a pm?

Re: Memory

im soo lost… ![]()
Re: Memory
Shay, read post #3. I think he sent her a PM with the name of a tincture.
Re: Memory
lol ohhh!
I sent her a PM and want to post it here now so its clear lol, i think it got confusing.
I referred to ' GINKGO BILOBA ' in tincture form which is purest. Then you can add about 15 drops of that tincture in a glass of water and drink it. you can do this once or twice a day. Go to the whole foods market and I'm sure you will find one in a bottle, it comes in a small bottle.
see what it does is, increase oxygen towards your brain, which helps brain in all its functions. it will also help with a lot of other health problems.
Re: Memory
any side effects though?
Re: Memory
I think Ginkgo is not available in pakistan, not that I have seen and even if it is, I would think twice before buying it as it is only effective if its in a very pure state. If its corrupted then it can actually do harm, maybe.
Re: Memory
Antioxidants: berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc), avocados, oranges,
Omega fatty acids: salmon, tuna, etc
Vitamin B: nuts ( walnuts, almonds) , seeds, carrots, whole grains, milk. egg.
Exercise: improves oxygen flow to your brain which helps memory.
Re: Memory
I read somewhere that reciting YA QAWEEYO 11 times after every namaz while keeping your right palm up on your head improves memory and facilitates brain functions. That's what I follow.
Apart from that, soak 7 almonds every night and eat them the first thing in the morning and chew it very, very well. Play chess or any other game that requires you to use your brain. Eat fish at least 3 times a week. And
EXERCISE!
Re: Memory
guys why 7 almonds, if I may ask?
Re: Memory
^^ Zinc content is high. (Edit oops sorry I thought you asked why almonds...I did not see the "7". Not sure about the no. required but I have been told 5 a day)
The best way to eat almonds is to soak o/nite and remove skin and chew thoroughly. Something to do with skin containing levels of toxin.
Re: Memory
i’ve also heard about exactly 7 almonds
i dont remember who told me to do it but i used to count them, put em in a ziploc and eat them on my way to school when i was younger.
