I have drank coffee several times but still haven't come across the place in Windows 2k3 to find this info.
Moreover, w2k3 is missing "System Information" under Computer Managment console which was available in w2k server. Although that didn't give info about occupied slots, but I think one was able to deduce from info provided in there.
