that you can never forget!

Okay so theres good memories and bad memories that you can never forget. Then theres these other kinda memories which are neither good or bad but they still keep popping up in your head.

For example heres something that i can never forget. Back when i was around 12ish-13ish, the household i was brought up in was a tad bit more lavish than my nani’s household. Once at my nani’s place, i asked my nani i wanted cookies. So she goes and grabs one of those Prince LU boxes. Now i was gettin ready set go to hump the whole box but turns out she takes out 1 biscuit and hands it to me. See normally at my own home i would’ve been offered the whole box. I was taken aback a bit and felt a bit mistreated. But i realize now that it was indeed a multitude of lessons i learnt in that single moment. The concept of thankfulness, of value for food, gluttony and so on.

Great, i’m tempted to change the name of topic but i’ll leave it as it is. So thats why i can’t forget it! :smack:

man would love to share memories,
unfortunately, my mind is a a big black hole, :)

sometimes a memory flashes by (most of the time unwanted :D )

but yes, true sometimes we do understand things at a later age :)

1 biscuit...man that sentence of urs left me with mixed emotions. I could never do that to a kid...maybe I'm too soft when it comes to kids and women :-D but I'm glad you learnt something out of it.
