I have booked hotels in Palm Spring and San Francisco but begum has other ideas. She want to start the summer with “big cleaning”. Its kinda festival to her (yeah because i and kids gotta do most of the work)

I gave her this list

Palm Spring trolley ride

Desert jeep tour

Full day off road rental
OR

Alcatraz tour

Golden gate bridge tour

day tour of yosemite park

dinner at PakwanChee

She gave me this list

Carpet steam cleaning

Closet cleanup and donation of cloths etc.

Kitchen cabinets cleanup

Garage cleanup

laundry of all comforters etc

dry cleaning of all window coverings etc

dawat of one “aunty” visiting from Pakistan (mom of our family friends here)

dinning out all 3 days

today is THE day to decide which list prevails. May be forces be with me and kids
