If there are any moments in my life which I can recall vividly, it would have to be the two matches that I watched Pakistan win. First, the '84 Sharjah win with Miandad leading way and the second, where Pakistan won the World Cup. The semi against the NZ on the '92 world cup would have prolly replaced the win over engalnd had I watched it live. I distinctly remember running all over the house screaming in joy when Miandad hit that FOUR!!! Prolly one of the few vivid memories from Pakistan.
I’ve been wanting to get my hands on the copy sharjah cup and '92 semi with NZ with no luck. Maybe one of these days I wold get my own copy.
Figure I share this here. You guys got any memorable monents from Pakistan cricket?

Actually it was not Miandad, but Moin Khan who hit that four...
For me the most memoravle win was WC 96 Quarter final between India and Pakistan.
And ye sother one was Asi cup final in Dhaka. That was so sweet to chase 315 to win. :)
most memorable match...hmmm...I'd say it has to be the final game of Inter Mohalla Gulli Danda Championship, played between Gawal Mandi and their cross the nala arch rivals Mughal Pura. Gawal Mandi defeated the reigning champions Thokar Niaz Baig Vigilantes, while Mughal Pura had ousted Ichrra United in their respective semifinals, to earn a spot in the final game which was a true clash of titans.
The emotionally charged clash saw repeated scuffles between the die hard fans of both the teams, which resulted in Lathi Charge in which the police had to borrow dandas from the teams. Cutting a long story short, the clash was destined to be a nail biter when it entered the overtime after both the teams were level on 5 tullas. Gawal Mandi's ace tullaybaz Mehmood alias Mooda Sando launched a 150 yard tulla into the heart of Moghal Pura's center field. The ensuing throw by Moghal Pura youngster Kashif alias Kashi Pappu missed the danda by mere inches thereby giving the championship crown to Gawal Mandi.
After the game Gawal Mandi head coach Kareem Buksh alias Chacha Karmu praised his boys, and said that after winning the semifinal against the mighty Thokar Niaz Baig Vigilantes he had full faith in his boys to lift the championship crown. The Mughal Pura dugout was in tears after a heartbreaker loss.
I cant single out one particular match as being the most memorable, but one match that was very memorable to me was Pakistan vs Australia at Hobart in 1993, where Asif Mujtaba single handedly turned the tides for Australia, proved to be pakistans trump card, hit a 6 off the last ball of the match, thus earning a draw for Pakistan, which was more like a victory to me!
