I have had a horrible experience with them, where they never sent me my sisters wedding outfit for my wedding, I paid a large amount of money for it and he did not send it and also is being an a$$hole about refunding it, its been going on since April 2008.
They have good stuff but a horrible director, Faraz Manan, based in Lahore, they are your typical beiman lying pakistani designers.
Don’t make the mistake of getting anything from them, especially from abroad.

I'm really sorry to hear that - You're the 2nd person to come with a Rouge horror story on this forum in the last month or so. He definitely needs to refund your money, especially if the event has already passed you by!
Faraz manan seems pretty useless, even on the phone. It's like the man is clueless and has no idea of what's actually going on in his label.

Exactly! I have sent him countless e mails, phone messages and also had my cousins in Lahore try to talk to him. He just keeps putting it off, just very un professional for a high fashion label in Pakistan (as he claims). Its a shame because I got my wedding and valima outfit made by him last year and then ordered some dresses for my sister, which he never mailed.

I think they just overbook - they keep on taking orders that which they can't deliver to schedule. They need to be more honest in their approach - If the order is going to take long, they should make that obvious from the onset. Bunto Kazmi for example has made it clear that she can't deliver any bridal outfits now till Jan 2010! That's like a years wait, but at least she's being honest.
The whole Rouge operation comes across as inefficient and lazy - The only way to contact them is through Faraz's mobile phone. They have never taken calls on their landline phone.

I have been contacting him on his mobile phone. He has been sketchy with things since the beginning, I had ordered two formals, he said he'd mail them to the U.S, they never came, he kept lying that he's posted them and then said he posted the wrong formals and he gave this BS run around, he was quick at taking the full payment but is having major issues refunding. The whole thing just makes me really mad ( as u can see :) ) but also reminds me of the horrible customer service and lack of honesty in Pakistan.

If they cant take calls throught a landline than they probably arent working to provide the clothes in a timely manner....
.... a person who is too lazy to answer a landline probably isnt capable of doing anything!

doesnt surprise me. These stuck up so called designers, are only in there for the money. They ripp us of with ridiculous prices and end up sending us crap.
Atleast indian designers act more proffesional then these wackos.
