I have been looking at recipes on-line for dum ka keema (on youtube, so I can see how it looks as well), but in each recipe, the keema still looks like regular keema.

I have eaten dum ka keema at 3 different Memon families houses, and the dum ka keema is like a paste almost. I want to make it in that style.

Does anyone know how I can get the keema like that? I was thinking of pulsing it in the food processor, do you think that would work?

my mum made dum ka qeema on saturday for a dawat, we arent memon but it was a very fine consistency and very very soft…would you like the recipe?
