for me the movie was awesome , found it best among other newer DVD releaseses (the only other one that's worth watching is Walk the Line) very touchy & sentimental , love the end of it, Guys ! other than that I would highly recommend u to watch " house of flying daggers"( weird name, haaaaaan) with the same leading actress in it , she looked ravishing in that movie, trust me.

Cannot compare the book with the movie.

However if you hadnt read the book, you'd be lost in the movie.

But if you've read the book then you can enjoy the movie cause they donot explain certain things in the movie as in the book.

I liked the younger version of the girl, she was so adorable.

I just hated the movie mainly becuz it's nothing like the book. The only good thing about the movie was that you could imagine people and lot of other things from the book....it was like putting the face on the names. But anyone who saw the movie and never ead the book would never know the real theme of it.

I saw da movie 1st then read the book then watched it again, both of the times i had da same experience i.e. awesome.

the movie was really good but what's up with all those old men chasing younger girls.... yuk...couldn't they come up with younger some men.
