I was very much keen to watch 1500meter freestyle swimming contest at the olympics. As I myself swim 1500meters almost daily.
John Hackett of Australia was expected to win his 3rd olympics gold medal in the competion (he won it in 2000 and 2004). But Oussama Mellouli of Tunisia won the gold medal in 14:40:84 time!!!
