Road starring Vivek oberoi, Antra Mali and Manoj Bhajpai directed by Ram Gopal Verma.

An excellent movie not a typical indian movie, I have nearly watched all movies directed by ram gopal verma…he is an excellent well talented director…

bollywood movies are doing far more better than the lollywood industry

The Game Responds:

*If only I was the director; in an evil twist of fate, the heroine would have hit the hero in the head with the gun, and then would have lived happily ever after with Babu. The shmcuky Indian directors can't even come up with innovations. Really. People, That Is All.*

Good thinking! thats what i thought she would do while watching the movie....BUT no it's an indian movie!

Agar Babu ka role Vivek Oberoi ne kiya hota to picture ka wohi end hota. :hehe: Vivek & the looked perfect couple Babu to bapu lag raha tha heroine ka

for some reason every once in a while I watch an indian film, it's not orignal. Some times the script is reminiscent of Pak dramas and some times hollywood. Such is the case with music.

For this particular movie (road) most of the camera work is taken from big anime series like Zoids, G-Gundum, Samurai Jack and even Dragon Ball Z. The last fight sequence between the hero, villian and heroin in the desert is taken from an early episode of Zoids which was animated in the desert of China (gobi i think). After the fight hero leaves the bad guy broken in the middle of desert for vulchurs, while his girlfriend is riding on his back.

But I guess this is the perfect buisness strategy for indian film makers. They can pick work from here and there, add it in their movies call it there own and general public can't tell where it's from. In this case, not many people can tell that road inspires (or steals) camera work and has shots lifted from anime series. I mean how many people in that region watch Samurai Jack, Zoids etc. So I guess it works for them perfectly.

Looks like it took you too long to figure that out.

well! y do we need to see whether it has been copied or not!
y don't we take as entertainment!
the thing in question should be; if it's good or bad; if u've liked it or not! rather than reserching where is all this taken from and added up! :p
