The small Iranian film industry which is something that literally all media students in the West learns to appreciate and admire, is a classic example that perfectly illustrates the point that in order to make good movies you don’t need larger than life special effects or huge budget, all you really need is people with good sense of art and entertainment! In other words, brilliant actors, good scripts and amazing direction.
I’m sure Pakistani film makers will attract more investors if they actually present their case with genuinely high quality scripts and storylines.
The whole jingoistic attitude of people of Pakistan must appreciate “no matter what” is just another attempt at dumbing down the nation.
