mahnoor is a side character and from what i’ve heard gets 15 minutes air time (if not less). i don’t understand why everyone is so fixated on the item song and using that as a reason to not watch the movie :S

I think most people don’t and won’t mind the item songs, as long as they are not overly vulgar.
Pakistanis, like Indians are used to them in all South Asian movies.
