Hindustan Times reporting Mehsud has claimed responsibility of NY shooting killing 13 people. It is believed a man of Vietnamese origin was responsible for shooting.
Mehsud on the other hand seems to be a nut case who wants to be attacked immediately by US forces by provoking them. He is acting like a new Osama bin Laden.

Pakistani Taliban militant leader Baituallah Mehsud claimed on Saturday responsibility for an attack on a US immigration centre in New York state in which 13 people were killed.
“I accept resonsibility. They were my men. I gave them orders in reaction to US drone attacks,” Mehsud told Reuters by telephone from an undisclosed location.
A man armed with two handguns killed 13 people at an immigration services centre before apparently turning the gun on himself, authorities in Binghamton, New York, said.
Representative Maurice Hinchey, whose district includes Binghamton, told the New York Times that indications are the gunman was an immigrant from Vietnam.

USA should create a fake terrorist like in the Body of Lies called Sheikh Abu Abdullah ibn Akbar and create a terrorist organization called the Soldiers of Allah
so hopefully when they claim to do any attacks, al qaeda and paki taliban will make contact

Wow, looks like the fact that now his controlled territory is being targeted by drone attacks has made mehsud crazy. He must not be sleeping well at night. I think his days are numbered and he's panicking.

He is trying to claim credit for everything under the sun...unfortunately for him he is dead making walking. Hopefully, soon he will be just dead & not walking.
Either that or the Indian media is blaming this on Pakistan too. Pathetic in either case.
