Amar bail that came out in 2006 directed by sakina samo…starring adnan saddiqui, uzma gillani was a nice drama.

there was another amar bail starring tanveer jamal, mohsin khan, seemi zaidi (i think came in late 90s) but it wasnot written umera ahmed.

anyhow i wouldnot like to watch another amarbail since i know the story. i suggest you mehreen that you rather go for a fresh story.

Agreed. There are many other novels that can be dramatised and MJ has an ability to do the wonders with new ideas and new teams.
