aww totally agree…i went for my wedding shopping few month before and ordered a traditional outfits in the mehndi colors…my mom stayed back for the rest of the wedding prep and when she got the outfit she thougth it wasn’t heavy enough and ordered another one in the blue n pink color combination. I didn’t see that outfit until the day of my mehndi :{
I had makeup done cuz of my poor skin:( the funny thing is the only day i didn’t have makeup was my mayuuon and once i was married and at my hubby’s house…his Nani was like you looked the worse on your Mayuuon… and really good other days. I just laughed in my head thinking …so i look horrible all natural 
I personally thing a little kajal doesn’t look bad.
