what do you think of a mehndi in end feb in lahore to be held in a tent… not too luxurious.. just average

is it a good idea:

weather wise? i heard it can be quite cold in evening
function wise : dancing n stuff
walking wise on the uneven floor?

I dont know how 'cold' it gets in pakistan but its officially winter season here! My mehndi rukhsati and valima is in jan inshallah and wer having a marquee up @ home and i know its guna be freezing! But who cares right? Lol most marquees can b hired with heating etc and if u have dance etc itl get hot!

Also dance area will have a dance floor allocated unless u have a very bumpy garden area uneven floor shouldnt be a problem!

it does get really cold even in pk, u shud see the news in the winter...it was freezing in lahore last year.
well my main concern was the weather, coz last year my cousin got married 25th feb and evryone was walking with chadars n some even with cardigans...
. i wud hate that..

n my functions will b 28 feb, 1-2 march.

how common is heating system/ heating lamps in tents?

heating lamps are common and now you'll see them everywhere on wedding in winters so no worries :)

There are good heating in marquees in lahore .. Have it in a tent , so no time limit if it is inside the house ,,,
