No, It was under administration of my Saas hence all the tradition were pandit:bummer:. As she said “Secularism is social outlook while family is by definition orthodox, My family is orthodox with secular outlook towards the society not at family level:(”

I’ ve always heard that the intensity of the mehndi color determines how much ur MIL likes u. The darker it is, the more she likes you. I think this makes more sense than saying it determines,piya ka pyaar. After all , the MIL is more feared.
