I’m sorry, I don’t. I saw something like this at a gora wedding i went to - they had a ribbon & floral screen behind the couple as a backdrop & it looked like this was how it was made. I think that if it isn’t too heavy you should be able to use it as a chadar (that’s also why you should use plastic mesh, its lighter). I would talk to your florist if she thinks this would work, I’m sure they will know.
You could also try a length of fabric & stitch silk flowers to it as you want them - this could be made in advance & might be easier.
