What we did - we draped along walls sequins kappra (thank god for velcro), decorated the stage & built a backdrop - from spandex kappra covered by sheer shimmer kappra in matching colors, used a swing from a friends house as the seating strung with flowers, all tables had satin colored tablecloths, center piece were- deco beads- multiple colors- in a simple vase with a light inside so it glowed at night, cocktail tables with sequin kappra, floor decor- decorative pillows surrounding dholakā€¦ gathering supplies took a few months but set up about 6.5 hours with about 8 of us working on everything.

For mithai plate & ubtaan plate, we used charger plates, hot glued flowers all around them :smiley: *

i know this couple guys name is mohsin and girls name is sundusā€¦he is an aithisonian he was my husbands class fellow and he also attended their wedding in Karachiā€¦the wedding was REAL grand :slight_smile:
