how is this glitter nd crystals type mehndi done? i mean , is the mehndi put on first n dthen the glitter nd stuff over on top? or should one first rinse the mehndi off nd then put the decoration?? :S

I love the full works for the brides mehndi but prefer the traditional mehndi.
I''ve seen some brides with glitter mehndi and gems and it looks too much with all the jewellery and work on the outfit.
Will try and post some pictures later as have not done 25 posts yet.
