um depends on what kind of decoration you are looking for. though i do remember that right in front of either anarkali or the other big bazaar in lahore, as soon as you are to enter the gaali's there are those people with the chairs and the other good stuff.

The catering people can help u out. When i went Pakistan for my wedding, the catering people sent a man with a big album of decoration designsto chose from.
