Hi all…
Does anyone know of a decent mehndi artist (reasonably priced) in London??? The only ones I have found charge wayyyy too much… I really do not want to be paying £300 for my mehndi … especially since I hate mehndi on my hands!! 
Any help will be greatly appreciated… thank you all!!

Try Shagufta her number is 07886793311 she live just off of green st (east London) She charged me £125 for detailed mehndi on the hands and feet.
(Sorry a few people asked me for her number and I have only managed to find it. I've posted my mehndi on another thread already).

Where in London are you, because some mehndi artists will charge for travel.
I paid £150 for my wedding mehndi on both hands and feet from a lady named halimah who goes by the name of henna-h on facebook.
I can email me you a pic of my mehndi and you can see what you think? Just message me your email add.
Also, look locally for mehndi artists ....people tend to go for the big names and they charge a lot. There's a lot of hidden gems out there who don't make it on the covers of a wedding magazine.

I just want to add that most mehndi artists use fresh mehndi or they make their own concoction. The colour doesn't end up being very deep (my own experience)
@ daddy's girl - buy mehak from southall , it will not fail you in the colour department! And maybe you can request that the mehndi artist to use that instead of their own. And it only costs £1!

Design wise it was exactly what I wanted, however the colour didn't last too long and I think I had an allergic reaction to her mehndi.
However, she is a really lovely lady.
I may have to consult my wedding book for daddy's girl as there were many really good mehndi artists in west London charging under £300. :) xx
