Quick History lesson for you, none of the kingdoms or dynasties last forever, every dynasty/kingdom have a fall… but the point you have raised here is more of your version of history than of any other historian the link below clearly tells you about the causes of his death

They ruled the subcontinent for about 1000 years, and when they were falling, even then none of the local was able to take the kingdom away from them, it was Brits who defeated them and then ruled the sub-continent… and yet when they left, Muslims were able to divide the sub-continent. Portugese and French controlled a very small part of India, so i didn’t feel like to put them as the great invaders, but if you feel like, you can label any tom, dick and harry as a great invader
As i have told you, history has its own course, all rise have fall, all falls have a rise.. so no kingdom is there to last for ever… i wonder if you can understand this small logic, as this is the first lesson any student of history has to learn..
