Don’t know if it was already posted but I feel one thread for Mehdi Hasan the great.
No words can embrace what this great artist gave us.
I feel he never said a single Shayr out of ‘Sur’ (Notes).
Also his Talaffuz and Andaaz (mood) was never wrong in delivering Ashaar.
He had command and control which is absent in many singers.

One of my all time favorite.
Someday I will try to post his audio cassette which is not very commonly heard. Trying to find time and ways to convert into digital file.
