we don’t have green cards in Canada…we have “Landed Immigrant” status" where u can live all ur life in Canada with all the rights EXCEPT a voting rights in the provincial/federal elections and certain public services…then we have Canadian Citizenship by Naturalization which allow a recipient to have ALL the rights like any other born canadian.
i’ve been here in Canada for 10 years and my bro for 30 years…we never heard of such a thing…may be she is very unique Pakistani to have received that…amazing!**
