Canadian government gave the Canadian "green card" to her as a gift. The first and the last one, and then they threw the "green card" machine in the furnace.

she is too dumb to realize that and she thought it was a Canadian green card....

Reasons like these are why it must be awesome to live in Dubai, or UAE in general.

we don't have green cards in Canada...we have "Landed Immigrant" status" where u can live all ur life in Canada with all the rights EXCEPT a voting rights in the provincial/federal elections and certain public services...then we have Canadian Citizenship by Naturalization which allow a recipient to have ALL the rights like any other born canadian.

i've been here in Canada for 10 years and my bro for 30 years...we never heard of such a thing...may be she is very unique Pakistani to have received that...amazing!**

In her defense, it was the dumb interviewer who called it the Canadian Green Card. Meera called it just the Canadian Card, and residency. But then this is the first time I have heard about Canadian Government gifting away their permanent residency.

Making fun of her is alright, but at least make fun of her for something she actually said.
