Please add on, but here are my personal favorites:
Karela (Bitter melon): excellent for sugar control
Bhindi (Okra): excellent source of vitamins
Lauki (Opo Squash): great for stomach and digestion
Palak (Spinach): Great source of iron
All these can be eaten alone or cooked with meat.

I'm going to say Carrots.
In science we are currently learning about Light and Dark, and one of my little darlings claimed that carrots help you see in the dark.
So yeh, Carrots: great for seeing in the dark!

Oh yeah, carrots are awesome!
In general, almost all vegetable, if not all, are packed with nutrients as well as fiber.
Even vegetable that are rich in carbohydrates are good for you if you cook them wisely.

Legumes, I'd say, - excellent source of protein specially for vegetarians minus cholesterol and saturated fat
Sweet potatoes - rich in Beta-carotene which is also called Pro-vitamin A
Bell Peppers - 4 times as rich in Vitamin C as citrus fruit

yeah im sure htese veggies are good..but add the fried onions and fried pakoras and stuff.. not so healthy anymore

tomato also good 4 health vitamin c
garlic good for reducing cholesterol
