my wife has been diagnosed hepatitis B positive where as she is 14 weeks pregnent, during pregnancy is it curable or how to manage it so baby may not be effected from it ???

Ask the obstetrician in your area.
Mere finding of being Hep B positive is different than having hepatitis.
This difference has different meaning in terms of infant being affected. Detailed answer is complex and beyond the scope of average reader.
You need to get checked for this viral exposure also.

If someone suffer in hepatitis must be taken the compete course of this treatment to cover this disease because in the third stage life risk more minimize,therefore it is necessary to all not linger on this condition accordingly.
