Every time I open the news I realize how stupid of me, let me go watch Seinfeld instead, because that is smarter.
Some of the things I hear on the news sometimes…
Medical Mary Jane…now being distributed to the poor in Berkeley, California.
For “medicinal purposes”…I wonder if anyone is consulting their doctors on whether it’s needed, or this is a silent way to dope up the masses to control them. Between this and facebook, let’s face it, the idea of a politically engaged population is DEAD in the US.
But I open this to ask whether in light of our Islamic views on drugs, would you take medical marijuana to control pain if offered as an option to you?
Unfortunately, many are simply getting medical cards for the stupidest things like OCD and General Anxiety. People who have actual medical emergencies are not able to get their hands on it because the reputation of it has been tarnished by those who are getting it just to get high. People think you are just another one in the line to get the pot.
Cannabis oil has amazing benefits for those who have epilepsy, autism, and even cancer. It has even shown to stop cancer growth. In many cases, it has killed cancerous cells. The stories are amazing and makes one really think about what they should really believe.
All I know is as I was watching my mother literally die from the pain of chemotherapy and radiation, I would have loved to have the opportunity to provide her with medicinal cannibas to at least try and see if it helped her find some comfort
I think it might help some patients. Just yesterday they were interviewing a mother on NPR whose son gets around 100 fits everyday and docs are very helpful that marijuana will help such cases.
The legislature is ready to be passed in NY very soon
Making up a reason to take drugs, hallucinogens etc. is not allowed but for true and genuine medically proven purpose, anything is allowed especially when no other alternative is present.
