In Canada the situation is different, b/c most of the schools are affiliated with the hospitals in States so even students from Canada end up practicing in States. Just b/c of tht schools don't really go for the approval or even considering the affiliation process with hospitals in Canada.
As i said, carribean schools are not bad at, some people think its just a way for money making but trust me it is REALLY ez to get in the carribean med school but the toughest to go through the whole med school yr.
There r really 5 top schools right now in carribean that are approved by states for residencies and yes with the gaunrantee spots!
