Med school personal statement

Salaam everyone
My brother is applying for medical school and he needs to write a personal statement saying his qualities and why he wants to enter medicine etc. We are having some difficulty writing it. Obviously we need to get away from standard answers such as" i care for people". So has anyone ever written one of these. Please share what you wrote.
