ask the local bucher they will help..................

it is for sure the most expensive meat.........
In goat and Lamb meat it is called Chops............

the butchers in pakistan understand what u r asking for when u ask them for undercut meat,so i guess thats what it is called in urdu too....:)

I think undercut meat is called desti or dusti in urdu ,but I am not sure .
