Indeed.

Many of us are slaves of something or the other, including greed, power hunger, vanity, gluttony as well as fake happiness from sharaab etc.

Balance is key :D

A little instant gratification is better than delusional belief of an incoming long term gain of which there are only medieval stories.

Re: Measuring the Effects of the Locked Devils in Ramadan

All the Arabs cover their feet and wear socks which is fine but they always tell us Pakistanis that we have to cover our feet. Just today a lady told my younger sisters she has to cover her feet its haram to have them show while praying. :smack: I personally think little things like this don’t make a difference so we shouldn’t nit pick and tell others to do exactly as we do.

Re: Measuring the Effects of the Locked Devils in Ramadan

^ i have a question do we ladies really need to hide our feet? isit obligatory in islam? so many arab ladies told me this thing as well :halo:

No it isn't. Your wrists, hair and ankles should be covered. Till that it is fine. Lets not go crazy be all Saudi on religion.
