if you are referring to the song "paapi chulo" song then as far as i know paapi chulo means

"Papi Chulo" is a term of endearment a female would say to her husband or boyfriend or him saying to her girfriend or wife. Though paapi means dad and chulo means cute but it is not "cute daddy". the song is referring to the cute husband/wife/gf/bf
