**could u spell it in urdu. i know a word 'uroosa = dulhan, bahoo and 'uroosii = things pertaining to dulhan.

may be its from word Arsh which means Sky. as in Arsh aur Farsh (floor/zameen)

Also as Fakhta said, Aroosa, which means Bride. But i think its from word Arsh. The plural of Arsh is Aroosh.

i dnt know abt arooshay .... never heard of it to b honest

thought i heard of name ARISHA or ARISHYA and the meaning is *under the shadow or u can say ... SAYEE main or CHAWYOO main *

the other name comes in to mind is AROUSH = jaanat ki pari or angle of paradise
