Kitabe taqdeer sa kya shikwa aye dil e nadaan
Jab har shai na mitt jana hai tho khawahishe kaisi

basically,

why would you question your taqdeer
why have any desires/hopes when all that is will eventually come to an end

**The shair trying to calm his/herself (heart) by saying that why to complaint over our destiny when everything will be ended sooner or later. No regrets upon wishes.
