My nephew’s name is Ayaan and it means gift of God.

thanks GTG.. but one f my friends in the Middle East told me it is alif;ayen;yay;alif;noon cuz AYOON in arabic is related to EYES.. like in quratul-ain… 'aankhoan ki thandak’and so on..
