it doesn’t appear to be an arabic name.
[alot of people keep names thinking that they are actually arabic names, i think this word: karmain falls in the same category]

the meaning of haramain is "the two holy mosques(harams) "it is normally used for the haram of mecca & the haram of medina…malik fahd(rahimahullah)was known as "khadim al -haramain ashareefain"ie.“custodian of the two holy mosques”
