I have come across this sentence alot in my conversations with people.do you agree? “Women give sex because they need love and Men give love because they need sex”! Is the interpretation of these words differ for both sexes?

Because one would alwayz hear women talking abt "love" while saying "men alwayz need only one thing (sex)"

if that was true , there wouldnt be any need for men or women to get married ! Both could obtain sex in prostitution.
Both men and women need love , sex is just an expression of that love ... as far as need is concerned , both genders are human , and humans are designed to have sex, food, laugh , cry etc .... they are no different.

OK, seriously. Women tend to associate the act with feelings of love and will tend to not want to when angry or upset with their partner. Men like it with or without the feelings, whether or not they're upset with their partner. So to a certain extent, the saying above is pretty true but stated in a mean-spirited manner.
