Does anyone here use a meal planner for the week/month? I find that me and hubby have got used to eating the same kinds of limited foods on rotation and I’m really, really getting bored. Want to have something which we can (semi) follow to ensure not just a varied diet but also to stop me from panicking at the last minute about what to make!
I use my memo app on the phone. I have one note that i list with meal inspirations + their recipes; something in TV, articles, random recipes i come across thru social media etc. Then i incorporate those in my weekly menus.. we have ~2 "new" recipes every week. We decide if we like it or not as it is, if we do it goes in my recipe book and becomes a permanent meal to rotate... if not, i either try to spruce it up or ditch it altogether.
