Last weekend, we invited a family for bbq but due to weather, wife ended up making everything in oven. That red thing in a bowl is tomato sauce that goes with white rice + skew
Yesterday she made mutton qorma. I know I know, u see oil at top but its hard to make daigee-style qorma without out. We dont mind having it once in a while

Barbecue food looks delicious Decent! Personally I prefer food made in the oven or stovetop. I feel like the barbecue stuff gets too dry and is not juicy enough.
well idea of BBQ was to give khawateen a break from cooking liken Allah ki rehmat hoie hum men per :)

here you go..
ingredients
all purpose flour 100g
enough yogurt
yellow food color
1tbs hot oil
1tb baking powder
mix all ingredients together to make batter.. set aside for 24hours (i used mine after 2hours)
sheera
1 cup sugar 3/4 cup water and few drops lemon cook until one string consistency.
fry jalebi and dip into sheera for a minute .
