Shab-e-hijr, mashallah the food looks super duper awesome … I have a quick question regards the biryani that you made ..
The nutmeg , do you crack the peel and then powder the whole of the soft nut? doenst it take over the khusboo of the entire khana?

I didn’t peel the nutmeg…just grind as it is along with other spices. it does have strong khushboo but it will be overpowered by other spices.
Re: Meal of the Week 16th - 20th April
I made 4 paratha’s with one cup of ata. if you gonna follow the exact recipe you should be able to make 8 to 10.
