**Hong Kong billionaire Carson Yeung has completed his takeover of Premier League club Birmingham City.**Yeung was already Birmingham’s leading individual share holder and his Grandtop International company raised its stake in the club last month.
Grandtop Holdings announced they had acquired over 90% of shares in Birmingham City and can now purchase the remainder on a compulsory basis.
Blues manager Alex McLeish said: “There is a buzz about the place.”
McLeish, who arrived at St Andrews in November 2007, was full of optimism and said: "We are looking forward to a new era.
