MBAs Without Borders has partnered once again with Vestergaard Frandsen (VF) with their Middle East office to bring a MBA with Sales and Marketing experience as VFME rolls out its disease control textiles portfolio in Pakistan. The MBA would be based in Dubai with frequent travel to Pakistan.
The selected candidate will work in Dubai with regular travel to Pakistan. This project is a 6 month placement starting mid January until mid July with a possible extension to full-time employment with VF.
The MBA will be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Primarily on Pakistan, map region for retail solutions for disease control textiles portfolio
- Document and analyse market distribution potential, including relevant market priming
- Create functional retail strategy/business plan to form the basis of new regional strategy
- Establish and build contacts to key potential stakeholders
- Upon satisfactory completion and approval, begin implementation of marketing plan
- Assess VFME’s regional platform for retail (time permitting)

Skills Required for the Position
- Working towards/completed a MBA
- Interest, knowledge or past-experience in Marketing & Sales
- Interest or past-experience in Pakistan or developing countries
- English Speaking a must
- Ability to work in a physically and mentally challenging environment

- $1,500US/month stipend**
** (Note: this is higher than our normal $1,000US stipend due to the higher standard of living costs of Dubai)
