So my cousin is getting married and we’re hosting the mayun at our house. I guess it’ll be like a bridal shower since there really isn’t any time for one either but I’ve also heard the mayun is like a bridal shower. Anyways.. so its my younger cousin that’s getting married and there’s no “formal” wedding party, however there are a group of us that are wearing green/gold to the Mehndi. I guess to rep the bridal shower.
I wanted to get all the girls wearing green/gold matching clutches so we can all carry them the day of and for other events if they so wish. You know just a token.. Is that weird? Has anyone done this before? I figure I’d limit the clutch giving to the girls in the family that are wearing green but I don’t know how I would pull that off if her friends are at the mayun. Should I give them to her friends as well or should I keep it a family thing? Since the girl cousins will be doing a dance for her.
