Hello girls. i have always used pencil eyeliners because i am afraid to use gel eyeliners as i dont know how to apply 
i want to buy one now but plz recommend which one is easy to apply which one is ACTUALLY GOOD …
i feel like maybelline brush is more easy to apply as it seems very thin but i was reading it dries out quickly whereas i have read that loreal one is more creamy plz recommend i need ur reviews and if u have any tips to share u r most welcome

I have never used Maybelliene eye products.
I have tried the L'Oreal HIP Gel Liners in Black, Teal, Eggplant, and Brown. I wasn't happy w/ the Teal & Brown color. The Eggplant was gorgeous but the pot dried out after like 2 months. I still have/use the black one and I love it (no issues w/ dryness with it).
I have several gel liners from MAC and Bobby Brown and absolutely LOVE them! I love the color choices, consistency, and wear. They're a bit pricey BUT each pot lasts forever and in my humble opinion, worth the $. I also love the fact that I can actually try on the colors before buying them.
As for brush....I've tried using the brush that comes w/ L'Oreal HIP Gel Liner and hated it. I use MAC 263 and love it. With gel liners....I looked at tutorial videos on YouTube and practiced a lot.
