For us he was General Ben Kenobi..or the Jedi master Obi Wan. For others he was one of the greats who gave memorable performances in many movies and on stage.

I cant believe I missed this…being the Star wars fan that I am…

Sir Alec died aged 86 at King Edward VII Hospital in Midhurst, West Sussex.
