is it today?

damn I need to keep a track of my Islamic calender smack

Re: Mawlid Un Nabi Mubarak to Aashqaan-e-Rasool

there r various dates quoted for birth of Prophet Muhammad (saw) in historical literature....
12th rabiulawwal is the most popular one, and that has yet not come....
9th rabiulawwal has also been suggested by many so maybe the author sticks to that date....

so dont worry, when the date from ur version of history comes, u can join in too....
baqi sara saal rasool (saw) ki nafarmani me guzaro or aik din naach gaa kar mohabbat ke alambardar ban jaao....

I would not say more than this:

Aur mere aaqa ki tum pe inaayat na sahee
Zalimo Kalima parahanay ka bhee ihsaan gaya

Re: Mawlid Un Nabi Mubarak to Aashqaan-e-Rasool

Bida'a...

Re: Mawlid Un Nabi Mubarak to Aashqaan-e-Rasool

I mourne on your intelligence:

Why don’t you speak against Pakistanday thit is a Bida’a
Why don’t you speak about the money spean on the covering of Ka;aba that is Bida’a

Why don’t you speak against the Pakistan day that is a Bida’a too

How come you never spoke against the Pakistan Day and Quaid0-e-Azam Day banners that was placed on this site.

Why only speak about Mawlid Un Nabi, your thoughts are same as Abu Khawaisra Tamimi, who said to Holy Prophet SAW Ihdil Ya Muhammad (O Mohammed do the Justice).

This is Najdi thoughts who are planted by Wahab Najdi and his thoughts are same as the jewish people during the Holy Prophet’s Era.

Islam has history of 1400 years not 100 or 200 years.

For your information Saudi family were pirates and British planted them and they are doing very good work.

Finally I will request you be fair give up double standards

and as far as Mawlid Un Nabi is concerned Read your own Shayoukh that includes Haji Imdaad Ulllah Muhajir Makki RA, Imam Ibn-e-Taimiya, Shah Wali Allah Modith Dehlvi RA and Imam Jalal Uddin Sayouti RA.

Aur mere aaqa ki tum pe inaayat na sahee
Zalimo Kalima parahanay ka bhee ihsaan gaya

Re: Mawlid Un Nabi Mubarak to Aashqaan-e-Rasool

How can u call it Bid'ah?,..........obviously u ppl are unaware of the various ayahs of the Quran and The Hadeeth which explain that it IS important 2 celebr8 the birth of such a Great man,..........

Evidence of the Holy Quran
The Qur’anic verses proves that to celebrate Milad is not only a proper deed but it is also a praiseworthy.

1) Allah Almighty says in Quran:

"The peace is on Him the day when he was born and the day when he will die and the day when he will be raised alive." (Kanzul Iman the translation of Holy Quran, Sura Al-Maryam, Verse 15)

In the above verse Allah Almighty has mentioned the complete Milad of Hazrat Yahya (Alaihis Salam). And before this Allah Almighty has mentioned the events which took place before the birth. It is the same way of celebrating birth day as Ahle Sunnat adopts for the Milad of the last Prophet (Allah's Grace & Peace be upon Him) of Allah Almighty. In other words the Prophet of Allah Almighty Hazrat Isa (Alaihis Salam) celebrates his own Milad.

2) As Allah Almighty says:

"And the same peace on me the day I was born and the day I will die and the day I would be raised alive."
(Kanzul Iman the translation of Holy Quran, Sura Al Maryam, Verse 33)

Before this verse Allah Almighty has stated the whole story of Maryam (Allah may pleased with him) that who she got pregnant and gave birth her great son, the Prophet of Allah Isa (Alaihi Salam). Allah Almighty also mentioned the words of Isa (Alaihis Salam) by which Isa (Alaihis Salam) praised himself. This style of narrating story is nothing but celebration of Milad of Isa Alaihis Salam. Ahle Sunnat also narrate the story of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Allah's Grace & Peace be upon Him) in the same style. We too narrate the events which took place before the birth and after it as Allah Almighty narrated about Yahya and Isa (Alaihimus Salam). Therefore, a person who has eyes of justice will obviously accept that to celebrate Milad is an important deed which Allah Almighty has done. So it proves that the basis of Milad is found in the Holy Quran.

That is just sum of the evidence,...........The Prophet SAW said 'follow the largest group of Muslims',.which is the Ahl-e-Sunnat Jammat,................as u are probably aware,....the Ahl-e-Sunnat Jamaat DO celebrate the Birth day Of the OMNIPRESENT Prophet Muhammad SAW,...........if people are starting to create their own little sects which they follow according to poorly translated verses from the Quran and Hadeeth,............then is that not Bi'dah?,........Is it not Bi'dah to innovate these new sects?

Re: Mawlid Un Nabi Mubarak to Aashqaan-e-Rasool

To Inzi rocks
The Glorious Quran says:"And hold fast,All together by the rope of Allah and be not devided among yourselves."(3:103)
It is mentioned in chapter 3 verse 52 of Al Quran that Jesus was a Muslim.
in chapter 3 ayah 67 Al Quran says that Ibrahim was not a jew or a christian but was a Muslim.
Chapter 41 ayah 33;
And who is better in speech than he who [says: My Lord is Allah .and then stands firm ,and] invites to Allah's and does rightous deeds ,and says :"i am of the Muslims".
Tirmidhi Hadith 171:
The Prophet(saw) is reported to have said ,"My Ummah will be fragmented into seventy-three sects, and all of them will be in Hell fire except one sect ."The companions asked Allah's messenger wich group that would be .where upon he replied ,it is the one to wich I and my companions belong."
According to Quran there is no evidence that Muslims should call themselves sunni, wahaabi, shia, brelvi etc.........but Muslims.
Prophet(saw)and his copmanions (i dont think so)that they called themselves other then except Muslims.
and Brother the ayahs you,ve given in favour of celebrating prophets birthdays i cant see that they motivate to celebrate birthdays."
I think celebrating birthdays of Prophets is the act of non-believers.like christians do..........

Okay we're done here. This topic's been beaten to death in the past. A few of you have exchanged greetings/wishes, which is fine. However, I cannot let this thread continue and turn into another one of 'I'm right and you're wrong' threads.

Further greetings could be taken to General and/or Cafe.
