Mausummery Lawn 2009 collection are now at a display at Marriott Karach .Yesterday ,when I received their text msg. about the special preview of 2009 collection .I DECIDED to peek a boo collection… specialy cuz I live in clifton and its just a just 5 mint drive from my home.
I really like their prints and to my surprise they were selling the prints at the preview also so I didnot miss the chance and purchased 4 for myself .
The best thing about Mausummery Lawn is that you are not force to buy 3 piece suit (whether you want or not) but if you want to purchase only 2 piece (shirt /dupatta) or dupatta or mix n match 2 prints (same design different color ) etc .(create ur own style) you can do that
The prices are very reasonable:
3 Piece Lawn Dupatta **Suit Rs 1050/- **
2 piece (lawn duppatta n shirt) **Rs 7oo/- **
Chiffon dupatta 3 piece **suit Rs 1400/- to 1600/-
**
There is a white shalwar piece with with black embroidery on it selling for 1100/- ( only shalwar)
Anyone interested to get them can let me know .I will be making my visits at the exhibition for friends n relatives and would be more than happy to help anyone.
How did you receive the text message? Are on their mailing list? I love Mausummery Lawn and would love to be on the list, too. Where did they preview the collection?
Ya I'm on their mailing list,They keep the fone # of all their customers and inform them beforehand about their new collection /exhibition etc.tht's how I receive their Txt msg .
The preview was held at Marriott ,a day before the exhibition i.e March 17,2009 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm .
As far as pix are concerned I'll try to upload them as i WORK FULL TIME-- 9-5 and hardly gets time to take pix download n upload etc...
Mayb some other guppy can help into this ????
oh..I went to their outlet in Lahore but they still didnt have the lawn collection out yet If it is out in Karachi, it will be here in a week..their fabric is really nice and good quality one
seems like gulahmed has increased its prices compared to last yrs prints and even the year before.
I went crazy buying gulahmed prints last year and havent even worn some of them once....
i want this yrs printsss they r gorgeous........too bad mausumery lawn doesnt have any website:(

if u send me pics i would definitely order 3 piece suits but howcome withut knowing the prints...lol
