He belongs to tablighi jammat. Tablighi jamaat believes in reaching out to people by going to their homes. They dont have madrasas.

Yaar, what if he was trying to approach them to do some tabligh? Molana is a shareef and a true scholar. He has no agendas of any sort.
You gave a proof of why Muslims need tabligh in your own comment
Molana speaks against music because music is considered haram in Islam. He did not make it up from his heart.
The reason tabligh needs to be done to muslims is because muslims are straying from islam and our resistance to anyone who speaks against music is the number one proof that we need tabligh more than non-Muslims.

you need to listen to him more. Yes he does cover parda and music (and why should not he? as I said, he does not make the rules of islam and music and parda have some strict rulings so he talks about them), but he covers many many other topics also.

These are parts of Islam, but Molvis 'din' is more about rituals rather than practical matters. Most of the times, they promote easy ways to enter 'Jannat' by reading this and that Dua for that much times. I really can't stand 'Waaz / Taqreer' before Namaz e Juma in most of the mosques revolving around these matters.
